About the Role

NHS England is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior College Coordinator for Supported Internship Programme. This position will play a key role in delivering the College's outcomes and ensuring the programme meets the needs of students, employers, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Area Manager in delivering the College's outcomes and maintaining an employment transition rate for students at above 75%
  • Support, monitor, and record individual students' progress and reinforce employability skills by delivering sessions in a classroom setting
  • Deliver bespoke training to mentors and source new employers to provide placements/employment transitions for students

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people with SEN
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management, and information analysis
  • Ability to teach/support interns with learning disabilities or Autism in work-based learning methods
