Job Description

">

The Manufacturing Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing functions related to production and GMP manufacturing operations. This includes adhering to QMS policies and procedures, cGMPs, and safety standards.

  • Perform all manufacturing operations including component transfer and preparation, equipment and area preparation, media preparation, and cleaning of process areas.">
  • Support the monitoring and maintenance of the facility and direct utilities in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.">
  • Maintain QMS documentation and keep accurate records.">
  • Contribute to housekeeping tasks to support manufacturing operations, including cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of equipment and components.">
  • Ensure compliance with Quality policies, SOPs, and Health and Safety procedures.">
  • Support troubleshooting activities and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.">
  • Undertake any other appropriate roles and responsibilities that reasonably fall within the role holder's skills and experience as requested.">
  • Travel to other 4basebio sites as required.">

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.">
  • Experience of working in a cell manufacturing facility to standards of GMP and Good Clinical Practice desirable.">
  • Willingness to follow GMP PPE requirements during working shifts.">
  • Previous manufacturing experience desirable.">
  • Excellent attention to detail.">
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.">

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.
