About the Location

Job Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Support Worker, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct care to patients in a low secure environment
  • Working alongside a team of trained nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Providing therapeutic care and support to patients

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to keep accurate records of patient conditions and maintain confidentiality at all times. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy and understanding, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to patients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 6 months of experience in an acute mental health setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of care and support to patients
