About the Role
This graduate development programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to progress and develop your career within SEA. You will be working at the heart of our customer projects, gaining hands-on experience from the start learning the complete business lifecycle. The programme will provide general operational, customer, commercial, and team management exposure across key business areas with smaller rotations across Production, Business Development, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain Finance, and Commercial. This will help you build on your broader skills and knowledge. As an Engineering Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to become involved in real live client projects, learning as you go and making decisions that impact our business. We believe this is the best way to give you the knowledge and experience you need to grow, unlock your talents, and prove your capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work on a wide range of customer projects, helping to deliver projects and liaising with customers.
  • You will analyse data and produce reports to support future strategy.
  • You will work on commercial bids and documentation, sharing good practice and knowledge to continuously improve business practices.
  • You will provide input to company standards for continuous improvement activities.

What We Look For
  1. An Engineering Business Management degree or a Business and/or Management degree with Engineering.
  2. Great communication and teamwork skills.
  3. Strong commercial aptitude, analytical ability with a curious and creative mindset.
  4. A self-starter who is proactive in taking initiative and challenging the status quo to drive change in our business.
