About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Hays Technology. As a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the highest levels of service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support to a large customer base
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of our customers' technical environments
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Requirements
- Experience of working in a 2nd line IT support role
- Good understanding of ITIL principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Knowledge of Windows Server, MS Exchange, and AD
- Experience of wireless technologies and mobile device management
