About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at JBT Corporation. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and produce manufacturing packages, ensuring seamless collaboration between purchasing, production, and design engineering teams.
  • Investigate cost improvement opportunities and resolve variances from cost estimating to actual, providing actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Perform cost and technical evaluations, identifying areas for improvement in manufacturing and field installation methods and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and quality enhancements.
Requirements
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng/BEng (Hons)) or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
