Maintenance Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Contract Support to join our team at AJ Catering Staff in South Kensington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the maintenance team
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and appointments
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and contracts
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to maintenance activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management software (planon)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours and Benefits:
- 37.5 hours per week
