**Key Responsibilities:**

• Providing personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and light domestic work
• Promoting customer health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the full
• Offering companionship and emotional support to customers
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
