Our client is a luxury yacht manufacturer seeking an experienced AV Installation Lead to oversee the installation of state-of-the-art AV systems on their superyachts.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Description:
As the AV Installation Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to design, install and maintain AV systems on our clients' superyachts. This includes working closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the project and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during installation or operation of the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in AV engineering, preferably in the luxury yacht industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
