Mental Health Nurse Opportunity in Nottingham

Located in Nottingham, a renowned provider of mental health care is seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference in the lives of patients and contribute to a leading healthcare organization.
Competitive Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £40,455 per annum, plus enhancements and overtime rates negotiable depending on experience. In addition, a welcome bonus of £5,000 is available, paid in installments. The role also offers flexible working hours, including full-time and part-time options, and a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities.
About the Role
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality care of patients in the PICU service. This will involve working collaboratively with colleagues to promote positive teamwork and supporting the development of a cohesive and effective team.
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A minimum of 1 year's Mental Health Nursing experience (we will also consider Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses with experience in an inpatient environment)
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
