Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists, an innovative digital marketing agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager fluent in French to drive growth in our French-speaking markets.

This key role involves developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to achieve maximum ROI.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing multi-channel paid media campaigns, including PPC, display, and paid social, with a strong focus on performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Serving as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication, and providing performance updates, strategic recommendations, and insights.
  • Conducting thorough research into relevant keywords and audiences to inform targeting strategies, focusing on culturally relevant content for French-speaking demographics.
  • Managing and optimizing campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI while staying within client budgets.
  • Continuously monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, optimizing bids, ad copy, and targeting to achieve desired outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Preparing and presenting detailed performance reports for clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Working closely with creative teams to develop engaging and culturally relevant ad copy and creatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in a performance-driven environment or agency setting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
  • Client Management: Excellent communication and client management skills, with experience working with French-speaking clients or international markets.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum based on experience.
