  • Monitor and report on project progress, productivity, costs, and any potential risks or issues.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction (HNC/HND, NVQ, or a degree in construction/civil engineering).
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is mandatory.
