Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will work as a key member of our team, coordinating the tender process with precision and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. As an Estimator/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and design teams, identifying areas of risk, and delivering high-quality tenders on time.

Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the tender process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Develop relationships with clients and design teams to ensure seamless communication and project success.
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunity, and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Produce accurate prime cost estimates using Causeway Estimating Software System.
  • Support senior staff in the development of construction projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in tender coordination, estimating, or project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
