About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Support clients with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Requirements
- A passion for caring and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- A current UK full driving licence and access to a car.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
