We are seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join VANRATH at a leading Main Contractor. As a Bid Writer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing winning bid strategies.
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in a construction-related or marketing course and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for attending client team tender presentations, developing bid submission deliverables schedules, and coordinating quality/technical answer plans.
Main Responsibilities:- Attend client team tender presentations and site visits
- Develop and agree winning bid strategies with senior management
- Agree tender and PQQ programmes and work to agreed deadlines
- Coordinate and manage bid launch meetings
- Develop and coordinate quality/technical answer plans
- Mock evaluate initial draft quality/technical responses and provide structured feedback
- Degree qualified in a construction-related or marketing course
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent creative writing skills
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Compensation:£40,000 - £50,000 DOE + package
