About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in personal injury law and a strong understanding of the claims process and relevant legislation. They will be proficient in using legal case management systems and able to provide clear, concise, and accurate legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of personal injury claims from inception to settlement
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and other parties involved in the claims process
  • Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence
Requirements
  • Proven experience in personal injury law
  • Strong understanding of the claims process and relevant legislation
  • Proficiency in using legal case management systems
