Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Company Commercial Solicitor to join our team at Origin Legal Ltd.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to take the next step in their career, working alongside a highly regarded team in the South East.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law and be confident in managing their own caseload, as well as working with senior lawyers on more complex matters.

The caseload will include commercial contracts, acquisitions and disposals of businesses, shareholder agreements, option agreements, joint ventures, distribution agreements, and general terms and conditions.

It is essential that the candidate has sat a minimum of 6 months within the company commercial department during their training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage own caseload of commercial contracts and other related matters
  • Work with senior lawyers on complex matters
