About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Smart Meter Installation Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the adoption of renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission smart meters in customers' homes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the benefits and usage of their smart meters.
  • Collaborate with our office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Work closely with our technical team to resolve any technical issues and improve our processes.

Requirements

  • MOCoPA - at least 1ph WC
  • Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in domestic dual-fuel metering
  • The ability to use a handheld terminal
  • A flexible working approach
  • Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
