Senior Nursing Opportunity in Primary Care

We are seeking an experienced senior nurse who can lead and support our nursing team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards. The successful candidate will have experience as a senior nurse, ideally within a nursing home environment, and knowledge or experience in dementia care is highly desirable.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans tailored to residents' needs, including those with dementia. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care possible. In return, you will receive a competitive salary package including up to £54,000 per annum, flexible working pattern (3 days one week, 4 days the next week), and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
