Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to own and execute our global and regional social media presence. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating original content, managing a schedule, and proactively responding to followers across 28+ countries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI and Performance Management of Social Media
  • Manage a social media schedule across 28+ countries, including templated post-types and one-off posts
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and marketing leadership team on projects and needs
  • Write and execute social media posts and plans for company Co-Founders to increase awareness and leverage their profiles
  • Work closely with sub-function leaders in Design, Development, Product Marketing, Talent Marketing, and Program Management to deliver social media campaigns
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
  • Monitor Social Media's impact on SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor engagement
  • Oversee social media accounts' design and suggest new features to develop brand awareness
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Requirements and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager in a B2B, Tech or SaaS company
  • Experience in creating social media strategies and working with content and design to execute a social media plan
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms and exceptional copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics, as well as wider digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work well with senior leaders and manage urgencies, with a proven ability to work flexibly and receive feedback
