Hourly Rate: £12

Support Nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS by engaging children in entertaining and educational play, encouraging their development towards key milestones. Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring their safety. Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed in line with nursery demands.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children (Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nanny, Childminder, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use various techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with both children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, embracing working cultures in different nurseries
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours, supporting nurseries within a pre-agreed radius of your home address
