Job Details
  • Location: Remote with travel to Greater Manchester area required
  • Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate learner recruitment, registration, onboarding, progress monitoring and internal/external meetings ensuring compliance with ESFA / Ofsted regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees/managers on apprenticeship programmes
  • Monitor apprentice performance reporting including attendance, satisfaction surveys and learner progress
  • Audit and maintain data in Apprenticeship Management system, Digital Apprenticeship Service and HR management systems
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of compliance funding (ESFA), Ofsted, End Point Assessments (EPA) and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
  • Experience coordinating apprenticeship programmes and working with further education/training providers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Data entry experience and ability to provide management reports

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits including professional development opportunities.
