We're seeking an Apprentice Administrator to support our finance department and contribute to our team's success.Key Responsibilities Data entry and management to ensure accurate and timely financial records
Generating monthly reports and spreadsheets to track tool deductions and bonuses
Communicating with operatives, customers, and suppliers via phone and email
Scanning invoices and managing company documents
Collaborating with site managers to produce and update bonus sheets
Raising purchase orders and managing company emails
Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
GCSE grade 4-9 in Maths and English
