Key Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ownership of the OH Department: Health Surveillance Leadership through comprehensive assessments, including audiometry, skin testing, lung functions, and MHE safety medicals.
  • Sickness Absence Case Load: Advising management on employee's health and fitness for work, recommending adjustments for safe working environments, and creating comprehensive OH reports and phased return to work plans.
  • OH Clinics: Supported by an external Occupational Health Physician for complex cases, you will oversee the physician clinics to ensure they're effective and drive case resolution.
  • First Aid Responsibilities: Work with the safety team and first aiders to ensure appropriate responses to incidents on time, arrange external training for first aiders, and ensure on-site supplies and equipment are maintained.
  • Compliance with P&G Health System Key Elements: Ensure the site meets all requirements set forth by the P&G Health System Key Elements, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
