About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Family Law Specialist to join our team at Ashfords LLP. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in handling complex family work, including high net worth divorce, finance cases, and private children proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for handling complex family work, including high net worth divorce, finance cases, and private children proceedings.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement strategies for the family team.
  • Supervise junior lawyers in the team and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of the family team and increase our presence within the market through business development activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in handling complex family work, including high net worth divorce, finance cases, and private children proceedings.
  • Strong knowledge of private children law and proceedings.
  • Resolution Accredited Specialist status.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in a challenging field of law.
