Job Summary:
Grafters Recruit Ltd is seeking a reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team in Saffron Walden. This role involves maintaining outdoor spaces by performing various tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter picking, edging, and spraying.

Grafters Recruit Ltd have five branches and specialize in recruitment services. Initially, they focused on driving agency services but expanded into industrial and commercial sectors with great success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter picking, edging, and spraying duties
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence up to 3.5T

What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.59

Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 07:30-15:30 hours
- Shifts available at our ongoing contract in Saffron Walden
