We are a well-established and respected garage in the industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a Master Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and helping us achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets our quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers are satisfied with the work carried out and their overall experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service manager and other technicians to achieve sales targets and improve overall garage performance.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualified Technician and a full and valid driving license.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Skills: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
