Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting for experienced Registered Nurses to join a luxurious nursing home in Hampton, known for providing high-quality residential, nursing & dementia care.
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to work in a CQC compliant home with an excellent working culture and receive support from the management team. You will be a named nurse for a small number of residents and operate exclusively on the nursing unit within the home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing high-quality care to residents
• Medication rounds, catheterisation, peg feeding, dementia care
• Supervise and delegate tasks to the care team
• Care planning and assessments
• Providing clinical governance
