Electronics Systems Developer

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Systems Developer to join our team at Thales Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to launch their career in the field of electronics engineering.
The role will involve working on various projects, collaborating with other engineering functions, and applying academic learning in real-life contexts. You will work closely with our experienced engineers to design, develop, and test complex electronic systems.
Key requirements include a Level 6 Applied Professional Engineering Degree Apprenticeship, which involves studying at Warwick University while working full-time. You will need to have a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points, including a grade B in Maths and at least one further STEM subject.
As a permanent employee, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, plus benefits such as 201 hours annual leave, company pension, healthcare cash plan, life insurance, discount portal, and performance-related pay uplifts. You will also have the opportunity to participate in 80 hours of volunteering over two years.
This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a highly specialized electronics engineer. The working schedule is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time. We are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity and inclusion.
