Band 5 Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and committed Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional out-of-hospital services to patients in the Orpington/Bromley areas.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, offering a wide range of services including community nursing, district nursing, health visiting, and specialist therapy services for children, young people, and adults.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients, ensuring quality standards and safe clinical practices.
- Develop and maintain safe clinical skills in a community setting, proactively managing high-intensity users of health and social care services.
- Undertake nursing procedures as indicated, including catheterisation, vital sign monitoring, symptom review, phlebotomy, IV therapy, and cannulation in patients' homes.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve safe and efficient care delivery closer to patients' homes.
- Active involvement in clinical supervision.
- Community or acute nursing experience.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,163 - £37,875 per annum, along with a range of benefits including pension schemes, discounted gym membership, cycle to work scheme, and access to EAP.
