Position Summary:

As a Group Product Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the marketing staff for the product line, preparing strategic marketing activities and programs for all supported products. You will provide marketing assistance and support to affiliates, distributors, and customers.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned product lines.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create advertising and promotional materials, technical information, and technical publications.
  • Conduct market research to define and assess opportunities for new products.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and testing relevant to our future marketing plans and products.
  • Coordinate cross-department efforts related to on-market analyzers and tests, production planning, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IL and competitive products, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate training needs of marketing staff.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong functional management skills and ability to hire and develop team members.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies as required.
  • Conflict management skills, timely decision-making ability, and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

Min Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable technical discipline, such as medical technology or biomedical engineering.
  • An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, and/or sales management.
  • Practical knowledge of Hemostasis or Critical Care as it relates to the assigned product line.

International Mobility Required: no

Travel Requirements:

  • Some travel required up to 25%.
