Join the University of Oxford's Faculty of English as a Timetabling and Teaching Support Officer, playing a key role in the Faculty's administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all arrangements for teaching in the Faculty, including gathering and collating information to produce the annual lecture list and timetable.
- Oversee the process for recording lectures and manage the Virtual Learning Environment.
- Ensure a smooth transition of the Faculty's teaching to the Stephen A Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities in late summer 2025.
- Develop and implement new administrative systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and ability to develop and implement new administrative systems and processes.
- Previous experience of working in higher education is desirable.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
