As a veteran, you bring a unique set of skills and experiences that are highly valued in the civilian sector. Our traineeship is designed to help you transition into a successful career in the audio-visual industry, providing you with the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and collaborate with experienced professionals.

During your traineeship, you will receive thorough training in product knowledge, technical expertise, and industry insights. You will be assigned a mentor with prior armed forces experience to guide your career development and provide you with the support and guidance you need to succeed.

We believe that our Veterans Programme is an excellent opportunity for you to explore a career in the Unified Communications and Audio-Visual industry. With our comprehensive training and mentorship, you will be well-equipped to take on new challenges and achieve your goals.

The traineeship is a paid, non-rotational program that lasts up to 3 months, although the duration may be shorter or longer depending on your skill set. Training will be conducted at our headquarters or on various client sites located in London. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a Kinly department or team that best aligns with your skills and interests.

Moreover, we provide training to qualify you as a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS). We are actively seeking candidates from the ARMY, NAVY, or Air Force with experience or a trade in electronics, communications, networking, or information technology.

  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Quick learner excited by technology
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Full Driving license
