Job Title: Fundraising Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Team Leader to join our team at Pandora Promotions Ltd. As a Fundraising Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of fundraisers and overseeing the performance of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of fundraisers and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
  • Monitor and deliver performance targets, reporting KPIs and targets to individuals
  • Liaise with the recruitment and venues teams to ensure a smooth operation
  • Represent our charity partners to the highest standards
  • Deliver high-quality field training to your team
  • Work in the field alongside your team to ensure a successful fundraising campaign

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience and strong communication skills
  • A desire to make a positive social impact
  • An exceptional work ethic and good organisational skills
  • A valid driving license and access to a car
  • Previous experience in fundraising or sales, either door-to-door or professional
