Job Title: HGV2 Skip Driver

We are seeking a skilled HGV2 Skip Driver to join our team at Get Staff, a leading recruitment agency in Portsmouth. As a HGV2 Skip Driver, you will be responsible for carrying out multi-drops to various local sites, collections and deliveries, and working to time-critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out multi-drops to various local sites
  • Collections and deliveries involved
  • Some doubling up at times
  • Working to time-critical deadlines and set collection times
  • Ensuring an excellent customer service is offered at all times
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence
  • Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC Card)
  • Must hold a Digital Tachograph card
  • Must not have more than 6 points on the licence
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience of HGV2, LGV2 driving
  • Must have had Skip experience
  • Must have a good English level (speaking, writing, understanding)
