Job Title: Special Needs Education Assistant

About the Role:
This position is ideal for a dedicated and passionate individual who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of pupils with special educational needs. As a Special Needs Education Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers in planning and implementing learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of these students.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in planning and implementing learning activities that are tailored to the needs of pupils with special educational needs.
* Provide support to pupils with practical activities and offer constructive feedback on their progress.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and report to teachers as necessary.
* Contribute to creating a purposeful and inclusive learning environment that promotes social interaction and engagement among pupils.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in SEN support is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Flexibility and adaptability are key qualities for this role, as you will need to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
