About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Safety Officer to join our team at GreatWell Homes.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and local partners to develop and implement effective solutions that improve community safety and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of community safety and ASB case management, or related experience in housing or local government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of anti-social behaviour cases, including some that may require legal action.
  • Collaborate with partners such as the Police, Social Services, and Environmental Health to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer care.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of community safety, ASB case management, or related experience in housing or local government.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements is ideal, but a commitment to learning and growth is just as important.
