We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our team at Fairways Hotel in Nottingham. This is a customer-facing role with a primary focus on maintaining high service levels and providing efficient services to our stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a customer relations/complaints environment, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and knowledge of complaint procedures. Some experience within financial services, particularly knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines in relation to general insurance, would be beneficial.

This role involves acknowledging, investigating, and responding to all AmTrust Group companies' complaints and escalated customer complaints within regulatory timescales. The successful candidate must ensure consistent and fair customer outcomes by assessing all aspects of the complaints received in line with similar past cases/decisions.

In this role, you will be working closely with the complaints manager to maintain high service levels and provide a competent and efficient service to our stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring prompt and clear communications to the complainant within regulatory timescales.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
