Job Description:

As a Sales and Design Consultant for Sharps Bedrooms Ltd, you will be responsible for working with customers in their homes to design and sell their dream bedrooms and home collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and sell fitted bedrooms and home collections to customers
  • Work with customers to understand their design preferences and needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commissions
  • Work independently as a self-employed sales professional

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience and strong communication skills
  • Design skills, including CAD, are advantageous but not essential as full training is provided
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively
  • Strong brand awareness and ability to generate high levels of sales through customer recommendations
