Facilities Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Team Lead to join our team at Compass Group UK.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing successful teams and operating in a highly commercial Soft FM environment with great results.
Key responsibilities will include client and contractual management, sub-contractor management, operational excellence, relationship building, training and development, project and cost management, and HR and compliance.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Contractual Management: Maintain effective client relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and prioritize safety in all activities.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Manage sub-contracted services to meet client expectations, focus on minimizing KPI failures and financial penalties.
- Operational Excellence: Embed and monitor management reporting and quality systems, track metrics for contract performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate productive site-level relationships with clients and maintain proactive communication with sub-contractors.
- Training and Development: Support the ESS Way Commitments program and ensure effective training and development within the team.
- Project and Cost Management: Lead and manage all sub-contractor service projects, ensure they are delivered within budget, and provide clear monthly reporting.
- HR and Compliance: Manage team members according to HR policies, ensure all sub-contractors comply with updated regulations.
