Kitchen Team Member

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Team Member. This role is based in Northampton, United Kingdom, and involves supporting our kitchen staff in delivering high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment.
The hourly rate for this position is estimated at £8-10 per hour, depending on experience, and includes benefits such as staff meals, discounts, and on-the-job training. We also offer flexible working hours and a supportive team environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of food safety principles and be able to maintain accurate records. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in food preparation and presentation

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment (advantageous)
* Basic food hygiene knowledge (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
