Marketing Manager - Leisure Industry

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at Danieli Leisure Group.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for leading the marketing department, driving strategy across all venues, and overseeing Venue Marketing Managers/Execs to ensure consistent and impactful marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include developing and leading the overarching marketing strategy, overseeing the execution of marketing activities, collaborating with Venue Marketing Managers, managing relationships with external agencies, and leading the analysis of marketing performance metrics.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven self-starter who can rise to a challenge and has a passion for the hospitality and leisure industry. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing a marketing team, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a multi-site or venue-based environment
  • Experience in the hospitality/leisure/service industry is highly desirable
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PR
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a marketing team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
