About the Role

Hft is a leading charity providing support for people with learning disabilities. We are seeking an Employability Coach to join our team in Bradford.

As an Employability Coach, you will work with individuals with learning disabilities to help them achieve their employment goals. You will provide support and guidance to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace.

You will work closely with our Work Options Manager and other colleagues to ensure that our service users receive the best possible support. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing new employment opportunities for our service users.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to achieve their employment goals. You will have a Can Do attitude and be driven to make a difference in the lives of our service users.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a team. You will also have the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to support our service users.
