Operations Manager for Project Coordination

Our Farnborough-based client, a leading player in the MOD contract sector, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Technical Director in managing multiple complex projects. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key part in the growth of this international business and lead its accreditation and certification efforts.
The Role Will Involve:- Supporting the Technical Director with the coordination of complex contracts and managing documentation
- Coordinating project timelines, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and deadlines are met
- Working with national and international agencies to achieve and maintain product and business accreditation and certification
- Producing financial and management reports for the business
- Communicating with remotely based Engineers and Consultants
- Attending online and in-person meetings, taking detailed minutes and actioning as needed
- Liaising with external test houses, organizing and managing testing timelines
This is a full-time role based 5 days a week in the Farnborough office, working 9am to 5pm Mon to Thurs, 9am to 4pm Friday.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
