About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex property litigation cases with accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Department Targets: Contribute to the department's success by meeting targets as set from time to time.
  • Client Management: Ensure that client matters are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Adhere to the standards set by the SRA, Law Society, Lexcel, CQS, Money Laundering Regulations, and GDPR.
  • Fee Earning Work: Produce billable work that meets the financial targets set at the beginning of the financial year, considering any exceptional circumstances.
  • Caseload Management: Manage an agreed caseload in consultation with the relevant partner or department head.
  • Client Relations: Conduct matters on behalf of clients with accuracy and reliability, in line with the firm's quality and risk management procedures.
  • Business Development: Develop new work from existing clients and seek new clients, collaborating with partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Supervision: Supervise fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues where appropriate.
  • Financial Control: Manage financial aspects such as cashflow control, collection of monies on account, and billing procedures.
