Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions
  • Document and maintain up-to-date systems configuration documents
  • Configure and test new Oracle Fusion HCM features
  • Provide expert advice and education to data owners and users on data integrity and effective data flow
  • Evaluate, design, implement, test, and deliver configuration and reporting solutions
  • Lead and support workshops to identify and solve HCM challenges and improve business processes
  • Facilitate technical resolution and business communication for critical issues
  • Translate requirements and documentation for various audiences
Requirements:
  • Experience in running and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM and legacy systems
  • Strong understanding of HCM functional processes
  • Expertise in key end-to-end business processes, including Recruit to Retire
  • Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service, and HR Workflow
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders
  • Proven track record of being proactive and driving initiatives
Desirable:
  • Implementation of Oracle Redwood
  • Experience in implementing and working with ITIL processes
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification (Intermediate level or above)
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Professional
