We are looking for a highly motivated Housing Association Repairs Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our residents, ensuring their housing needs are met promptly and professionally.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily responsive repairs for our residents.
  2. Verify quotes, costs, and works from contractors.
  3. Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  4. Ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
  5. Triage/diagnose repairs to allocate resources effectively and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in repairs and maintenance within the Housing sector.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work immediately or on short notice.

Salary Information:

Our PAYE rate for this position is £15.67 per hour, while the Umbrella rate is £20.60 per hour. We offer a competitive salary package, reflecting the value we place on our employees' contributions.
