We are looking for a highly experienced exposure management professional to join our team of 50 strong professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to take advantage of Moody's broad capabilities and make every risk known.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, improvement and implementation of better workflows and smarter insurance analytics. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and align our solutions with their strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of leading projects or directing the activities of more junior colleagues. They will also have strong communication and presentation skills, including C-level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the capabilities of the Intelligent Risk Platform to redesign clients' insurance analytics workflows, making them smarter, more efficient, and insightful.
  • Help clients to understand and work with HD and climate change adjusted models, and implement new accumulation scenarios for non/modelled risks.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide insights from clients that can inform future improvements and innovations in Moody's solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance industry experience is vital for this role.
  • At least 8 years of experience in exposure and catastrophe risk management.
  • Proven experience leading the design, improvement and implementation of better workflows and smarter insurance analytics.
  • Experience leading projects or directing the activities of more junior colleagues.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including C-level.
