The Role

You will work closely with the Senior Director of Production to contribute to the smooth running of projects and workflows, establishing processes for asset management and new areas of the business.

Responsibilities include overseeing production activities, managing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production workflows and ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Production to develop strategies for growth and improvement
  • Establish and maintain efficient processes for multi-platform asset management
  • Oversee production teams and provide guidance on best practices
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., film, media, communications)
  • 5+ years of experience in production management or a related role
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with digital asset management systems

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
