Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team in Chingford, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support the store's day-to-day operations.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge and advice.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
